This form should give me enough information to quote accurately for your next design, print or digital brief, but if I need any extra information I'll be in touch. Please provide as much detail as possible, and if you'd like to talk the job through to clarify anything just call.

 

My normal hourly rate for all disciplines is £40, and projects are quoted on the anticipated time for each stage of design and production. Any subsequent or additional requirements outside the original brief will be advised before any costs are incurred, then itemised and charged on the final invoice at the same hourly rate.
